6:00-8:30am Drop off, bathroom break/wash hands/brush teeth/daily health check, play time
8:30 am Clean up/bathroom break/wash hands, morning snack/wash hands
9:30am Circle time activities- calendar, weather, colors and shapes, counting, name recognition, finger plays, talk about classroom helpers and explain today’s events.
9:45am Learning centers
10:45am Clean up/bathroom break/ wash hands
11:00am Music, songs, and dancing
11:30am Large motor – outside recess or gym time
12:00pm Bathroom break/wash hands, lunch/wash hands, story time or movie time
1:00pm Rest time
3:00pm Clean up/bathroom break/ wash hands, afternoon snack/wash hands, play time
4:00pm Outside recess or gym time
5:00pm Wash hands/play until pick up time

Parent’s Responsibilities
- To read parent notifications posted by teacher pertaining to upcoming events, & activities.
- Sign your child in daily
- Notify the center if your child has a communicable disease(anything contagious).
- Keep your child’s information up to date, emergency #’s, immunization records, etc.
You will need to provide the center with:
- A bag for your child daily,to keep belongings organized
- One box of crayons (every 4months)
- A pair of child scissors
- Three glue sticks
- 2)blankets,2)crib sheets
- Extra change of clothes
These items need to be labeled with your child’s name and replaced as needed for adequate care of your child. |
Day care Center’s Responsibilities
- The center will provide your child with a tooth brush and tooth paste to be used daily; we will replace these items as needed.
- We will provide wipes for your child to clean their face as needed throughout the day.
- We supply your child with crayon boxes to hold their art supplies.
- We supply your child with an art smock.
- We laundry your child’s bedding weekly, unless needed sooner.
- We will notify you when your child’s supplies are running low.
- We will provide your child with nutritious meals and snacks, please let us know if your child has any food allergies.
